Refund Policy

Because templates are digital files that cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been used. We do want you to be happy, so:

• If the file is corrupted or does not match the live demo, we will fix it or send a replacement.
• If you paid twice for the same order, we refund the duplicate payment within 7 working days.
• If we cannot verify your payment, no order is fulfilled and no charge is kept. Contact us with your UTR number and we will investigate.
