How do I pay for a template?
Click Buy Now, enter your details and scan the UPI QR code with any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM). Then submit the UTR/transaction ID so we can verify your payment.
How soon will I get my download link?
As soon as we verify the payment, usually within an hour between 9 AM and 9 PM IST. The link is emailed to you and also appears on your order page.
What is a UTR number?
UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) is the 12-digit reference number shown in your UPI app's transaction details after a successful payment.
Can I get a refund?
Digital files cannot be returned, but if a file is faulty or does not match the demo we will fix or replace it. See our refund policy for details.
Do templates work on Hostinger, GoDaddy and cPanel hosting?
Yes. They are plain HTML with a small PHP contact form handler, so they run on almost any shared hosting.
Can I use a template for a client?
Yes. Each licence covers one website, so buy one licence per client project.
Do you provide WordPress versions?
Current templates are HTML/PHP. If you need WordPress or Elementor, our custom website design team can build it for you.
Can you install and customise the template for me?
Yes. Use the custom website design form and we will send you a quote for setup, branding and content.
My download link expired. What should I do?
Contact us with your order number and we will send a fresh link.
